내 눈에 흙이 들어가도 안돼!

  은근히 회화에서 많이 쓰는 표현이죠? 누군가의 행동을 절대적으로 반대할 때 쓰는 표현입니다. "절대 안돼, 내 눈에 흙이 들어가기 전까지!". 영어를 직역하면 "내 죽은 몸을 지나가지 않는한 (안돼!)" 이런 무시무시 한 말이죠.

  우리나라 드라마에서는 자기 자녀의 결혼을 극구 반대할 때 많이 쓰죠. 미국을 포함한 외국에서는 정치적으로 반대적인 입장을 표명 할 때 임팩트 있게 씁니다.
