1. A회사가 B 회사에 합병되는 되는 경우

Company A and B will undergo a corporate reorganization whereby A will be merged into B (the merger). B, the surviving corporation, will change its name to A Corporation.

여기서 두가지 표현을 기억하면 좋을 것 같다.

ⓐ undergo a corporate reorganization : 조직 개편을 단행하다.

    * undergo: 변화 특히 안 좋은 변화, 나쁜 일을 겪다

ⓑ A be merged into B : A가 B로 합병된다.
